Aamir Khan lands into legal trouble for disrespecting Indian Army, FIR filed against him!

Aamir Khan in legal trouble for insulting Indian Army and hurting Hindu sentiments. ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ was released on the big screen on August 11. The movie is based on the classic Hollywood movie ‘Forrest Gump’.

But within hours of its release, everyone from producer Paramount Pictures and Aamir Khan to director Advait Chandan got into legal trouble.

The complaint was filed by a lawyer from Delhi named Vineet Jindal. He submitted the complaint to Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora. He filed a FIR under Sections 153, 153A, 298 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the lawyer, a mentally challenged person was sent to Kargil war in the movie. This is a completely unrealistic aspect. Because soldiers go to the border only after rigorous training. He sneered at the character was allowed to join the Army in this mental condition.

Apart from insulting the Indian Army, he also claimed that the sentiments of Hindus were deliberately hurt. Aamir Khan is heard saying in the movie, ‘My mother says, all these puja paths are malaria. It caused a riot.’ According to the lawyer, such dialogue is used to belittle the Hindu community.
