Not Jay Shah, but Roger Binny and Rajeev Shukla are going to Pakistan on PCB’s invitation!

Jay Shah is not going to Pakistan. BCCI President Roger Binny and Vice President Rajeev Shukla are going to watch the Asia Cup match in Pakistan on PCB’s invitation.

Binny and Shukla will go to Pakistan on September 4 to watch the Asia Cup match. Incidentally, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah, President Roger Binny, Vice President Rajeev Shukla along with all the heads of other Asian boards have been invited to Pakistan to watch the opening match of the Asia Cup.

Asia Cup starts with Pakistan-Nepal match in Multan on August 30. But Jay Shah is not going. Of course, it was already understood that he would not go. Because controversies over the Asia Cup did not decreased.

This time the host was Pakistan. But Jay Shah made it clear that India will not go to play in Pakistan. Soon after, Sri Lanka was announced as the co-host. Four matches will be played in Pakistan. And there will be nine matches in Sri Lanka. Even the India-Pak match will be played in Sri Lanka on September 2.

Jay Shah, Binny and Shukla will be present in Kandy to watch that match. The next day they will return to India. After that the board President and Vice-President will go to Lahore through Wagah border. Apart from watching the game, Binny and Shukla will also be present at the dinner hosted by the Pak Board on the night of September 4. It will be held at the Governor’s House in Lahore.
