A terrible fire broke out in Bantala of Kolkata Leather Complex. A fire broke out in a chemical factory near gate number three on Saturday night around 10:30 pm.

The fire spread instantly due to the presence of combustible material. 4 fire engines reached the spot after receiving the information. No casualty was reported in the incident.

However, there is a lot of tension in the area. Firefighters took about an hour and a half to bring the fire under control.
