Another terrible road accident in the state. This time in Baranagar. Famous actress Suchandra Dasgupta of ‘Gauri Elo’ serial lost her life in an accident. She died in an accident on the way back home after shooting.

According to Police sources, Suchandra was returning home on an app bike after shooting on Saturday night. The actress is a resident of Sodepur. A lorry suddenly hit the back of the bike on Ghoshpara Road in front of Baranagar Police Station. The actress fell away from the bike. She died on the spot.

Baranagar Police also said that the driver of the lorry has already been arrested after the accident.

According to locals, the actress was wearing a helmet. After she fell off the bike, the lorry ran over her. On the other hand, when the news of Suchandra’s death spread, her colleagues in the industry are shocked.
