Industrialist Gautam Adani’s place in the list of the world’s richest people is gradually slipping down, according to a report by Hindenburg Research.

He is not even in the first ten in the list.

Adani has come down to number 24 in the list of top rich people as published on Sunday. On January 25, Adani was the third richest person in the world in Forbes magazine’s list.

According to the Forbes Rich List on Sunday morning, Adani’s assets have dropped to $4,970 million. Naturally, this has affected Adani’s place in the world’s richest list.

Adani Group has been doing business since 1980. They are mainly involved in the business of seaports, airports and power generation.

However, three years ago Adani’s assets were valued at $8.9 billion. Then suddenly they rose. In 2021, Adani Group’s total assets reached $4 trillion. Next year i.e. in February 2022, this wealth almost doubled.
